FireGuard CORD is an autonomous fire suppression solution, produced in the form of an extinguishing cord for the protection inside of distribution boards, electric cabinets, control panels, vault areas etc. (max. vol. 2000 L). Easy installation and flexibility of FireGuard CORD allow to install it as close as possible to sources of potential ignition (contact blocks, harnesses, and bunches of wires and cables, electrical facilities, etc.) and prevent operation failures.

FireGuard Cord is designed to be placed inside the protected object. When installing the item in electrical installations, it is necessary to follow the rules of installation and operation of electrical equipment and safety engineering when working with live electrical equipment. When FireGuard Cord is actuated as well as in case of electric installation malfunction (wires darkening, case deformation, overheating and sparking) it is necessary to eliminate failure and replace the item with a new one. After replacement FireGuard Cord reuse is forbidden.
